Data Deletion Request

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data directly from the Gear app.

To delete your account:

1. Open the Gear app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Once a deletion request is submitted, the account and associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion. The deletion process may take up to 7 days to complete.

After deletion is completed, user data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable laws.
