Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the Gear app.

Steps:

1. Open Gear App

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm account deletion

Once a deletion request is submitted, the account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. The deletion process may take up to 7 days to complete.

During this period, the account may be temporarily retained to process the request and prevent accidental deletion. After the deletion process is completed, the account and associated user data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.
